You are signing up for the U.S. $10 monthly subscription. This is available for U.S. and global residents. Triple check your address! Do not rely on auto-fill! I am not familiar with international addresses so I cannot point out an error if you type one in.
Please note the mail can take up to 5 weeks after the 15th before it is delivered! It may take even longer for international mail! The usual range for U.S. mail is 3-4 weeks with sooner or later outliers happening in the 2 weeks or 5 weeks range. Please reach out if your mail has not been delivered by the 15th of the following month and I will send a replacement!

The Jackalope Post is a physical envelope you will receive in the mail once a month. Each envelope will be sent out on the 15th of each month. If you join the subscription on or after the 15th of the month according to EST (Eastern Standard Time), you will NOT receive that month's Jackalope Post but will receive next month's mail.
Each envelope includes newspaper clippings, a letter from your friend, various stories, and trinkets! (these might include an illustrated print, stickers, a bloody t-shirt scrap, feathers, a tarot card, a friendship bracelet, a secret code, or other additional items that relate to that month’s theme!)
This mail club has an ongoing story you are able to join and fully understand each month! The current story ends in November, then there’s a fun buffer month of goodies in December, and a new mail club theme will begin in January! Your subscription will continue until you decide to cancel it!

There is a book (VEIL HAVEN, the first in an on-going trilogy) and a novella (SHE WILL NEVER SAVE US), which you can purchase and read if you want to dive deeper into the world of Veil Haven beyond the Fantasy Mail Club! You do not need prior knowledge of the books in order to enjoy The Jackalope Post!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
If this is an ongoing story, am I able to join and still follow along?
Yes! There is an overall story but each month is equally treated as a standalone chapter. You will intentionally feel “thrown in the middle of things” no matter if you join now or you joined from the very start. All needed information is included each month for whatever situation + mystery is happening. Previous months of the mail club are now available! Catch up with the entire story in a digital format!
When I join, will I be getting mail from previous months?
No. When you subscribe, you are starting at that month. Previous months of the mail club are now available in a digital format through my store website! You can get individual months or buy the 13-month package!
How do I know which month I am receiving when I join?
I send the mail on the 15th of every month and the cut-off for that month’s mail is on the 14th! For example, if you subscribe on July 24 (between July 15 and August 14), you are paying for August’s mail.
When will I be billed?
You will be billed automatically on the same date each month that you initially subscribed. If you’d like to cancel your subscription, no worries! Contact annemkelleyauthor@gmail.com and I will cancel it for you.
Why haven’t I gotten my letter?
The mail is sent out on the 15th of every month and it takes 2-5 weeks to arrive, with an average of 3-4 weeks. Envelopes naturally take a long time to be delivered and The Jackalope Post mail club is non-machinable because of its wax seal. This means each envelope is hand-sorted by the postal workers rather than sorted in their machines. This is why The Jackalope Post takes so long to arrive.

What if my address or credit card changes?
No worries! Please contact annemkelleyauthor@gmail.com for any concerns regarding address or billing changes and I will resolve your problem right away!
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your membership at any time! Please email me at annemkelleyauthor@gmail.com and I will cancel it for you. I have to do it by hand because I am unable to set-up a customer account system on my website at this time. If you contact me wishing to cancel your subscription but you are charged before I can cancel it, I will refund you the money! Thank you for your patience and understanding!
What is the suggested age range?
The Jackalope Post is rated PG-13 because of the darker themes of the world the story takes place in and the story itself. There are mentions of grief, death, murder, disappearance, kidnapping, cults, violence (such as cryptid attacks or finding blood), gore, language, and other such themes. One of the items is missing from my mail. What should I do?
Please email me! I pack hundreds of envelopes by hand and sometimes human error happens! I would be happy to send you missing supplies in next month's letter, or whatever might resolve this issue. Thank you for your patience and understanding!
I emailed you but I haven't heard back in over a week. What should I do?

What will happen when the current story ends?
You will continue getting letters as the mail club starts a new story, allowing you to enjoy the fictional town of Veil Haven for as long as you want! You can cancel at any time. In November, I will include a bright piece of paper stating that this story is over and your options. I will also post about the change a lot on social media! I will also send out this information on my email newsletter and update the website. You will 100% know what is happening when the story concludes!
